“Nothing is impossible the word itself says ‘I’m possible’!” – Audrey Hepburn
*Back Story Alert*
Today in Business class, we were talking about pricing strategies and my teacher mentioned a type of strategy called “Premium Pricing”. When explaining that to us, he used the example of when people go into a dealership to buy a Rolls Royce; now the dealer will probably be able to tell if you can buy a Rolls Royce or not by you asking the simple question, “How much is for this one?” Now, those who know for sure that they can buy that car will walk in, pick a car they like, get their checkbook out and then ask, “How much do I make the check out for?” I personally decided at that point that I wanted to be the person to walk in the dealership, see a Rolls Royce I like and then ask them to change the paint to light pink and have my rims white, while I’m writing the check.
I realized that people shouldn’t underestimate themselves. We as people usually think we’re too “regular-degular” to make something of ourselves, Beyoncé was a little girl singing in her mom’s hair salon while she was sweeping the floor and look at her now, there are people in this world making themselves into millionaires. So who says you and I can’t do the same thing?
No one knows what you’re capable of, you probably don’t even know. However, that doesn’t mean that you should settle for less in life, I know I’m not gonna do that.
If you think positive thoughts, you will get a positive outcome and that is what’s going to get you to success, well that and some really hard work and determination. If you have a goal that you really want to achieve, then you are going to work really hard for it. So don’t give up on it and remember that nothing is impossible.
